Robert Galvin

Robert joined Barclays Bank in 1986 holding a number of roles in corporate lending. Following a year at BZW he joined the Corporate Finance practice of Arthur Andersen spending several years between both London and New York offices to advise on M&A and fundraising for UK companies expanding into the US.

In 2002, Robert founded the Arm Partnership, to advise growth stage companies in the UK/EU including raising capital in the US public and private capital markets. In 2017, he founded Copernican Capital Partners as a standalone Corporate Finance boutique advising early stage and high growth businesses in healthcare, electric mobility and tech sectors.

Robert is currently an investor and founder holding NED positions in a number of construction and consulting businesses based in the UK and Ireland.
